As the first Passive House EnerPHit Plus office building in North America, we garnered a lot of attention. We received international recognition from Passive House Magazine and Passive House Accelerator, a 2023 Design Award at the Passive House Conference in Colorado and the Pennsylvania Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence.
